A really productive day as we found two more stockists; The Pantry, and this lovely little Deli in Tickhill, Deli 28.

It was a great pleasure to assist Razan Alsous of Yorkshire Dama Cheese demo her spreadable yoghurt (Lebneh) with Ajika, an absolutely divine combination. Lebneh is a healthy alternative to cream cheese, just add a chilli kick packed full of flavour with just a little Ajika - Addictive!

 Now open in Doncaster town centre, Kortava's factory shop, where we produce the loveliest spicy condiment ever, Ajika. Have a look at it in production, feel the aromas and sample it on site.
