A really productive day as we found two more stockists; The Pantry, and this lovely little Deli in Tickhill, Deli 28.

It was a great pleasure to assist Razan Alsous of Yorkshire Dama Cheese demo her spreadable yoghurt (Lebneh) with Ajika, an absolutely divine combination. Lebneh is a healthy alternative to cream cheese, just add a chilli kick packed full of flavour with just a little Ajika – Addictive!
Now open in Doncaster town centre, Kortava’s factory shop, where we produce the loveliest spicy condiment ever, Ajika. Have a look at it in production, feel the aromas and sample it on site. We also stock several other local brands of specialty fine food. So pop in and try something new. We’re always happy to see you.
It was a fantastic August bank holiday at Cannon Hall Farm Food Festival 20017. We had so many happy new and returning customers. Our returning customers told us how they use Ajika with pretty much everything because it is THAT good. We sold out, and Cannon Hall Farm Shop has become our latest stockist. Looking forward to next year.
Ajika Abkhazian had a great 2 days at the Harrogate Fine Food Show! And to top it all off, the Editor of Fine Food Digest picked us as Editor’s choice of new food producers at the show. So proud and so pleased. Thank you to all who took the time to stop off at our stand to have a chat and try our Ajika products. You’ll be pleased to know Green Ajika, which also went down a storm, is our new product and will be coming soon.

A few years ago I was lucky enough to film in Abkhazia – against Foreign Office advice I have to say. An extraordinary country. We stayed with a lovely family who prepared us the most amazing food in an outdoor kitchen. Well, I have just discovered they are now in the UK (Doncaster) and they are bottling one of their key ingredients – Ajika paste www.ajika.co.uk So, I have ordered some and can’t wait to taste it. Hoping it will bring back some brilliant memories.
